Each tenancy and or residential property is different in size and scope.  Most of our commercial defits and make good usually taken between 5 to 7 days from start to finish which allows for after-hours works, plastering and painting along with a buffer of time to make good any other items your landlord may like to address.  For residential wall removal or floor removal we can usually have the job done with a few days. 

As part of our turn-key internal demolition service, we manage any electrical or plumbing work that needs to be done which is made safe prior to any demolition work being undertaken.

While conducting any internal demolition, we ensure all rubble and waste is removed offsite prior to completion using skip bins or trucks.  We also recycle what we can where we can.
